OUR METHOD

Equipment is sterilized and vials are depyrogenated at 160°C for 60 minutes. Rubber caps are autoclaved at 121°C 15 PSI.

Equipment is sterilized and vials are depyrogenated in 160°C for 60 minutes.

Workspace is cleaned, sterilized, and prepared. Equipment and machines are laid and organized in a way to minimize risk of contamination.

Material is mixed at 35°C (without Benzyl Alcohol) with a magnetic hot-plate stirrer for 30 minutes. The mixture is then pre-filtered through a 0.45µm filter and dispensed by filtration again through a 0.22µm filter into the vials.

Finally, the vials are carefully inspected for visible contaminants prior to labeling. A number of vials is kept in anticipation for potential reshipment.
